Returns & Exchanges

At Bagstore, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bag

  Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
